A new experience of life

I am sure that I can help you by telling you about the way I am used to live and I would like to share you my dairly routine.
I am student of the last year of English pedagogy, and  I am currently pregnant. For some young women, pregnancy is a problem but actually I consider I am in the perfect age to do it. As well as everybody knows, when you are pregnant you need to eat well, and I always do, even before i knew I was preganant, but now I increased the portion of fruits and vegetables which are full of nutrients that provide you a better baby's development. I used to go running, but now it is hard activity to practice like basketball or tennis, so I looked for another sport according my conditions of life, and I actually practice Yoga that allows me to exercise my muscles and also to feel relax and connected with my baby.
There are many things that you have to stop doing when you realize that you are pregnant, but be carefull, not all of them, cause it is not an illness. For example if you are at school, you should continue going to your classes, as well as if you work at the office, cause it helps you to keep your routine and to keep a healthy life. After a hard journey at work, for example, it is very good to take your time and practice at least some Yoga exercises to return to calm. Here I show you some Yoga positions to practise, being carefull and precise.

What is a healthy lifestyle?

Before you have a healthy lifestyle you have to know what healthy lifestyle means. Personally, I believe it's a balance between many things; such as eating right, exercising, having emotional stability and living in a pleasant environment. Once you have achieved all of these things, you're all set to having a healthy lifestyle. Sounds kind of ambitious, right? All of those goals are what most people aim at and work towards through their entire life.

I can't say I've got everything figured out (I'm only 24) but I am at a moment in my life in which good things are happening to me and I feel that I have almost everything set. I've got a job I love -a lil' bit stressing, but I'll leave that for another entry-, I have great friends and my family supports me on everything I do. Sometimes I feel like I'm juggling soo many things at once, but that's just life. Whatever life throws at, I'll be ready for it.

What I have been lacking off on is eating right and exercising. I just can't get a grasp on it. I love food. I mean really LOVE food. I don't even blink when it comes to spending money on food, but if I have to spend money on clothes I think about it twice.

My Healthy Routine by Loretto Torres

First of all I'm going to tell you about how was my routine before I started doing excercises regularly.
When I was in high school I didn't practise any kind of sport, but I ate a lot of fruits, so I had a lot of energy but non activity at all to use that energy.  Then when I started university I realized that my body and my mind needed a good way to release that big energy acumulated. As a result nowadays this is my healthy routine that is based on 5 meals and 55 minutes of excercise:

Every morning when I wake up at 7 am I do excercise for 10 minutes, I eat an apple, and then I continou whit 10 more minutes of excercise.
The breakfast is one fruit, a cup of milk and a slice of wheat bread.
During the morning a eat another fruit.
In the lunch I alternate between fish, red meat and chicken, served with potatoes or rice and salads.
At 5 pm I eat another fruit with cookies, and do excersices for 35 minutes.
In the evening I eat my dinner at 9 pm which is chicken with salads and a compote.
